The chair design is very functional with excellent support. The fit and finish are exceptional as well. The random grain throughout is also welcome over other furniture we have seen at these price points.

The chair itself is great, the foot ottoman we received came in the wrong color (purple) instead of ocean blue as described. We waited for 3 months for the delivery and we were ok with that. Now we have to do more waiting for the correction.

The chair was off-gassing quite badly for over a week! I was hoping that a high quality piece like this wouldn't suffer from that kind of thing, which you normally get from lower quality brands. It seems like it's mostly done now (and I love the chair overall), but would still prefer for this to be manufactured in the US, without the chemicals...
