Pro Case Study
Exclusive boutique style meets warm modern design.
Boutique condos designed with a perfect balance of minimalism and warmth.
The Grant by Amacon, had a vision to bring a boutique condo experience to life—one that balances modern minimalism with a warm, livable feel.
The team set out to furnish two model display suites and a shared social lounge, in Burnaby, British Columbia. Each space needed to reflect a cohesive design language while helping prospective buyers envision everyday living. With a fast-approaching grand opening, the challenge extended beyond aesthetics to include tight timelines, large-scale coordination, and seamless installation across multiple areas.
Partnering with Article Pro simplified both design and logistics. From curating furniture selections aligned with the project’s vision to coordinating delivery and setup, the process remained efficient and highly responsive. A single, well-structured installation ensured everything came together smoothly, even under pressure.
