1. There is a feature on the lamp not depicted in the websites photographs. 3 rubber bands hold the cord onto the stem - really cheapens the look of the fixture.
2. The quality of light emitted is comparable to that of a flashlight. Provides very little light.
3. Shipping was $49! The man who called me to arrange for delivery said it was ridiculous as it was just 1 small, light box that should have been couriered.
4. I called customer service to arrange for return. I complained about the $49 to ship and another $49 to return. After a lot of discussion and waiting on the phone Denis agreed to revise the shipping price to $19. I shouldn’t have had to fight for this.
5. Package for return was picked up last Monday. I have not received any confirmation it was received at warehouse. Nor has a credit yet been applied to my Visa account. read more

It's a very simple and pretty light. It is fully adjustable up and down and side to side, which is exactly what I was looking for. It uses a standard (E27 and E26) bulb. Those are all positives. Here are the negatives: It arrived with a few smudges and scratches, but not bad enough to go through the hassle of boxing it back up and exchanging it for a new one. Also, there are white rubber bands up and down the staff intended to keep the cord close to the staff. It is a cheap cord management solution and looks it. read more
