I'm so disappointed I waited three months for this... I've had this couch for about two weeks now.
Unfortunately, the seats are strangely uneven, the arm has a diagonal slope, and there's a massive dip on the large sectional. It's is if there's a missing foam in the center. In addition, it is so uncomfortable!!
